How does Sentricon® work?
The system utilizes both in-ground bait stations as well as above-ground bait stations. It’s a common misconception that termites are immediately drawn closer to your home because a baiting system is installed. In reality, termites are always foraging for food. If a termite colony gets close to your home they will stumble upon the Sentricon® system. The termite who stumbles upon the bait notifies the rest of the colony, and they begin feeding on the bait, thus destroying the colony.
Above-ground stations are bait packs that can be applied to any area where a termite infestation becomes present, inside or outside. The bait stops termites in their tracks.
Damage warranty
If no current or previous termite activity is present during our initial inspection, we offer a damage warranty. Most homeowners insurances don’t cover termite damage, so our damage warranty covers you! If any new termite damage becomes present after starting the Sentricon® Termite Protection Plan, we’ll cover the cost of needed repairs.
